How To Measure Your Bust
Place one end of the tape measure at the fullest part of your bust and wrap it around the perimeter of your chest, under your armpits, around your shoulder blades, and back to the front.

How To Measure Your Waist
Wrap the tape measure around your natural waistline. This is below your rib cage and above your bellybutton.

How To Measure Your Hips
Wrap the tape measure around to circle the widest part of your hips.

No tape measure, no problem you can just use a piece of string or yarn and then measure the string using whatever measuring device you have in the home.
