Shipping Methods
All orders are shipped via Chit Chats, a trusted third-party shipping service that offers low-cost, reliable delivery by partnering with major carriers like Canada Post, USPS, and Asendia.
Canada:
Flat and bulky items are shipped using tracked services through Chit Chats, delivered via Canada Post or other regional carriers (3–10 business days).
USA:
Orders are shipped with tracking through USPS via Chit Chats’ cross-border service (typically up to 10 business days).
International (Europe, Australia, etc.):
Flat items ship via low-cost airmail (untracked), and bulky items ship via Chit Chats’ international service, delivered by Asendia or other carriers. Average delivery time is 10–20 business days depending on location.
Additional Notes
- We are not responsible for customs delays, duties, or taxes on international shipments.
- We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages but if something goes wrong, please reach out and we’ll do our best to help.
- We use biodegradable and compostable mailers wherever possible to minimize environmental impact.
