Who makes your products?

Currently the founder of Riinu Studio, Ash, does it all. As we grow, our goal is to work with sewists and artisans in our local community along with other collaborative efforts

Where are you located?

We are grateful to be located on the beautiful West Coast of Canada as guests on the traditional and unceded lands of the Musqueum, Squamish and Tsleil-Wauthuth Nations, otherwise known as Vancouver BC.

What if the item I want is sold out? Will you make more?

While many of our products are unique and once sold out, they're removed from our website, some items are produced in small batches with deadstock fabric. Due to the limited availability of this fabric, reproducing exact replicas might not always be feasible. Please feel free to reach out to us for specific inquiries regarding restocking.

What is deadstock fabric?

Deadstock fabric refers to surplus materials left over from fashion brand productions. While not inherently sustainable, we utilize deadstock temporarily, with an eye toward a future where regional material sourcing is prioritized over global markets. We're committed to sustainable practices for the long term.

Do you offer wholesale?

At this time, given the scale of our studio, wholesale options are not available. However, as we grow and evolve, this may become an option in the future.

Can I get my item customized?

Maybe! Please get in touch with us on our Contact page if this is something you are interested in.

What size should I order?

We have provided a size chart on the Sizing page to better help you choose the right size for our clothing collection. We have also provided instructions on how to take your own measurements if you don’t already know. If you require further assistance, we're here to help guide you through the process.

Where is my order?

Our products are shipped within 7 business days of receiving your order. We will send a confirmation email once your order has been shipped with a tracking number if you are in Canada or the US.

If there is an issue with your package after we’ve sent it to the mail carrier, feel free to contact us and we will do our best to help you. Please note, that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Can I return my order?

Unfortunately, we do not offer full returns. However, conditionally we can offer exchanges or store credit if there is an issue with your product. Please see our Returns page for our full return policy and information regarding why we do this.

When can I expect my return to be processed?

Within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned order we can process the store credit or exchange.

How long do store credits last?

Forever! But for real for as long as we’re around you can use them.

SHIPPING

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we do! For rates, check out our Shipping page.

Do you ship plastic-free?

Absolutely! We're dedicated to selecting the most environmentally friendly shipping options available. Our orders are shipped in biodegradable and compostable mailers.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We ship using Canada Post. If you are in the US, once your package crosses the border the tracking with transfer to USPS.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

It will depend on where you are located. Within Canada, shipping typically takes 3-10 business days, in the US 5-10 business days, and everywhere else 10-15 business days. For more information about shipping please visit the Shipping page.
