As a sustainable and slow design studio we want to encourage our customers to be more mindful while shopping. The majority of our products are made-to-order. The reason we use this method of production is to reduce overproduction. Made-to-order also promotes a 'slow shopping' lifestyle, where more thought and consideration goes into your purchase. I know, I know it's a different process than what you may be accustom to but we promise it will be worth it.
Please note, we do not accept returns for refund. However, conditionally we can offer an exchange or store credit if there is an issue with your product.
With that being said, we want to help to make sure you get exactly what you want on the first try so we can avoid a return or exchange as much as possible. Please feel free to contact us if any questions come up about items you may be interested in purchasing.

Any items purchased on sale or with a promo code are a final sale.
For regularly priced items we can offer exchange or store credit within 14 days from the day of receiving your order. The products must be unworn, unwashed with no damage or alterations. The cost of both outgoing and return shipping are non-refundable. Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for shipping loss or damage of returned goods. We do not refund international duties and taxes.
Orders placed with store credit from a previous exchange are not eligible for an additional secondary complimentary prepaid exchange.
To initiate the exchange or return process please send us a message on our contact page with a description of why you want to return or exchange the item so we can determine the best plan of action.
Riinu studio has the right to deny a credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
